what makes this car special?

The DB11 is Aston Martin’s replacement to the successful DB9. It was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2016 with production starting in September later that year. In addition to the DB9 it replaces, the DB11 is designed to be a modern, comfortable and powerful grand tourer with the appearance to match.

The Aston Martin DB11’s design features make it distinguishable from any other performance grand tourer. The clam shell hood and the “Aeroblade” intakes situated in the front strakes are a few of the key distinct features that make the DB11 unique. For instance it received positive reviews and feedback from several auto journalists and won the coveted Golden Steering Wheel Award for the most beautiful car of 2017.

A 5.2L twin turbocharged 600 BHP V12 powers the DB11 Launch Edition. Therefore it can reach 100 km/h from a standing start in just 3.9 seconds. Furthermore, it will also reach its 320 km/h top speed in excellent comfort and luxury.

It has a selection of three driving modes for every occasion (GT, Sport and Sport Plus), most importantly providing different degrees of performance and comfort depending on your preferences given at the time. Therefore Sport Plus being the mode to provide the optimal performance level, settings such as the chassis, adaptable suspension, steering and exhaust adjusts to give the best possible driving experience. The rear-mounted, 8 speed ZF automatic transmission sharpens to give fast and effortless gear changes.

This 2017 example of the Aston Martin DB11 Launch Edition has only covered 5700 km and is finished in the Lunar White exterior paint scheme with the black exterior bodypack which includes a black roof panel and strake. The interior is finished in the contemporary Obsidian black option with silver stitching and Celestial perforation
