WHAT MAKES THIS CAR SPECIAL?

The BMW 6 series was the successor to the BMW E9 and was powered by a range of M30 straight six engines between 1976 and 1989.

Alpina is an automobile manufacturing company which was established in 1965. Their initial focus was on carburettors and revised cylinder heads which this example had fitted in December 1981 (according to Alpina records). They are based in Bavaria, Germany and develop high performance upgrades for BMW cars to this day.

This BMW 635 CSI is a low milege manual example with the sought after Recaro sport seats that was delivered to a Doctor based in Germany. Due to imminently planning to move to South Africa he was able to have the car delivered in RHD and had an Alpina cylinder head, Alpina rims and Alpina steering wheel fitted prior to departing to South Africa

He owned the car until 4 years ago and we purchased it from its second owner who had limited use of this car.
