The Porsche 914 is an air-cooled mid-engine sports car designed, manufactured, and marketed jointly by Porsche and Volkswagen from 1969 to 1976. Ferdinand Piech oversaw the project, Karmann produced the bodies and power was by either a flat 4 (1.7litre – 80 BHP) or flat 6 engine:
This Porsche 914 is a 1972 model and is powered by the 1.7l Flat four engine. It retains its original Saturn yellow colour (known as chrome yellow after 1974) and has been in current ownership for the past 11 years. At some point in its history a replacement engine was fitted.
